Damaged Items - All of our products are sent out in pristine condition. We take every possible steps to ensure you receive your item in the condition we send it and would like to receive it ourselves - However on occasion and through no fault of our own, some items may be received slightly damaged (bars snapped). This is as a result of the mishandling of the item during transit and as such we can not be held responsible, it does not affect the usage of the product - If you are not happy with this please do not buy from us as we will not be issuing refunds or sending replacement items as we have previously. By purchasing you are accepting that you may receive the item in such condition.
